holds a PhD in Aerospace Engineering and has developed and characterized ion thrusters for space propulsion. In 2011 he transitioned to Veeco Instruments, where he currently serves as the Technology Manager for the Ion Beam Product Group. He has extensive experience in developing ion sources, ion beam deposition, and ion beam etch systems. Binyamin has published and presented numerous papers on ion beam sputtering, plasma diagnostics, and optical coatings.
