We build a large variety of Ion Beam Etch and Sputter systems, PECVD for Diamond Like Carbon, Electron Beam Evaporation, End Hall Ion Sources and a whole range of specialized sputtering systems running the whole range from R&D to full production. ITF maintains a large thin film lab with 7 in house coating systems, scientists, and analytical equipment to develop customer processes and to provide coating services.
