Note: Presenters in all sessions of the conference (including Invited Speakers) must register for the Annual Technical Conference.

Abstract Content Guidelines

The 200-word abstract should contain words in the text that describe the concepts of the presentation because all abstracts will be placed in a searchable format in the annually updated CD-ROM .
Abstracts are to be objective and technical. No references to trade names or a commercial tone will be allowed in the abstract. (Does not apply to presentations for the Innovators Showcase.)

Presentation Times:
20 minutes for technical presentations
10 minutes for the Innovators Showcase

You should receive an acknowledgment of your abstract within 10 days. If you do not receive an acknowledgment, please contact SVC.

Your abstract will be forwarded to the Program Committee for review, approval, and session placement. If your abstract is accepted, you will receive session and time slot assignment and manuscript preparation instructions in December.

200-Word Abstract Deadline for the Poster Session
and HEURÉKA Session is March 31, 2008.
