Good Customer Service

Someone once said “I don’t know art, but I know what I like.” I think the same goes for good customer service in our industry. As the products become harder to differentiate, less tangible goods and services separate the leaders from the rest of the pack. Assistance in both the pre- and post-sale of a product bring an improved buying experience, better application knowledge, and optimum usage of the performance and features of the product. So what are some of these things that vacuum companies do for buyers to take advantage of when seeking a new piece of equipment?
