SVC Commercialism Policy
SVC is an educational nonprofit organization, and as such does not accept manuscripts or presentations that contain content that is commercial or promotional in nature. We understand attendees are annoyed by presentations that are commercial in nature when they take place in a professional technical setting. These policies have been developed to treat all presenters and companies fairly, and meet the frequent requests of our attendees for noncommercial presentations.

In the Technical Sessions, please follow these policies: 

• No company logos, brand names, or product names may appear in written or audiovisual materials, or in your verbal presentation, other than on the title slide.

• Your title slide may contain the title of the presentation, your name, your company name and the company logo.

• The title slide may be shown at the beginning and the end of your presentation.

SVC Editorial Policy
An editor will review all manuscripts submitted to SVC.  SVC reserves the right to reject unsuitable manuscripts or to make editorial changes. Generic names, rather than trade or proprietary names, are preferred.
