Upload Your Manuscript Package to SVC 

Deadline for Manuscript Receipt has passed.

Read and follow  Manuscript Preparation Guidelines before submission. 

All complete manuscript submissions must be uploaded to SVC via the SVC Web Site.
All submissions must include:

• Two (2) separate Manuscript text files – one in MS Word and one in a PDF format.

• Any accompanying artwork files in JPEG, TIF or PDF formats.  One illustrative item per file.

• A completed Manuscript Preparation Checksheet in PDF format.

• A completed, signed SVC Copyright Agreement in PDF format.  Manuscripts are not published unless the completed Copyright Agreement is received by SVC.

All files must be “zipped” together before submission through the SVC Web Site.  Any file submitted as anything other than a ZIP file will not upload successfully.

Remember to follow the Manuscript Preparation Guidelines when naming your files:
ONLY use a dash (and no spaces) when you name your files
No spaces or commas are allowed – these will create upload problems. 

Manuscript Files: Paper#-Author Last Name-“Manuscript”
For Example:  A5-Smith-Manuscript
Remember both a WORD and PDF version of the manuscript must be submitted! 

Artwork Files: Paper#-Author Last Name-“Art” Sequential #
For Example: A5-Smith-Art1
                          A5-Smith-Art2   (etc.) 

Manuscript Preparation Checksheet: Paper#-Author Last Name-“Checksheet”
For Example: A5-Smith-Checksheet 

Copyright Agreement: Paper#-Author Last Name-“Copyright”
For Example: A5-Smith-Copyright 

If an author is presenting more than one talk, each presentation must be named and uploaded separately.

Do not E-mail your manuscript or artwork files to SVC.  If you are unable to zip your files or need assistance submitting your manuscript files, please contact publications@svc.org. 

You will receive an immediate confirmation message on this Web Page and an e-mail confirmation after a successful file upload.  Please contact the SVC Administrative Offices immediately if you do not receive either of these acknowledgments after submission.  505/856-7188  -  publications@svc.org
