Tabletop Exhibits
Cost of Tabletop Exhibit: $500

Tabletop Displays will be on display from 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 3 until 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 5 in the room where all breaks and the Welcome Reception will be held.

The cost of a Tabletop Exhibit includes one complimentary conference registration.  Other individuals from the same company need to register in one of the appropriate categories on the registration form. 

The Tabletop Exhibit fee also includes: one 8 ft x 30" draped table, an electrical outlet (if requested in advance), and complimentary wireless internet. Exhibiting companies will be recognized on the TopCon section of the SVC Web Site and in the Conference Program.

Set Up: Tuesday, November 3 (between 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.)
Tear Down: Thursday, November 5 at 4:00 p.m.

E-mail a 50-word paragraph describing your company to topcon@svc.org.
Tabletop cancellations on or before September 1, 2009 forfeit 20% of the rental fee. There is no refund for cancellations after September 1, 2009.

TopCon Sponsorships

SVC welcomes multiple sponsorships for the Platinum, Gold and Silver categories.

Platinum - $1,000
Welcome Reception (Tuesday evening 6:00 p.m.  - 7:30 p.m.)

Gold - $750
Hosted Bar and Entertainment for the Conference Dinner (Wednesday evening)

Silver - $500
Refreshment breaks for the Tutorial and Conference Registrants

All sponsors will be prominently acknowledged on the SVC Web Site, Bulletin, E-mail blasts, electronic postcards, TopCon Final Program, and TopCon signage.  E-mail your company logo and a 50 word descriptive paragraph to svcinfo@svc.org if you have selected a sponsorship.
