Tabletop Exhibit - Fees and Registration

Tabletop Displays will be on display from 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 3 until 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 5 in the room where all breaks and the Welcome Reception will be held.
The cost of a Tabletop Exhibit includes one complimentary conference registration. Other individuals from the same company need to register in one of the appropriate categories on the registration form.
The Tabletop Exhibit fee also includes: one 8 ft x 30" draped table, an electrical outlet (if requested in advance), and complimentary wireless internet. Exhibiting companies will be recognized on the TopCon section of the SVC Web Site and in the Conference Program.
Set Up: Tuesday, November 3 (between 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.)
Tear Down: Thursday, November 5 at 4:00 p.m.
E-mail a 50-word paragraph describing your company to topcon@svc.org.
Tabletop cancellations on or before September 1, 2009 forfeit 20% of the rental fee. There is no refund for cancellations after September 1, 2009.

Register Early: After October 12, 2009 the conference fees and individual tutorial fees are $50 higher (except for students).
After October 12, 2009 SVC and ASM reserve the right to cancel any Tutorial. If a Tutorial is cancelled, registrants will be notified and a full refund of tuition will be made.
Attendees are also invited to attend the Conference Dinner on Wednesday, November 4. There will be an additional fee of $45.
Please indicate if you will be attending either of these special events when you complete the on-line registration.
Cancellation Policy
Individual conference and tutorial registration fees cancelled on or before October12. 2009 will be refunded. Refunds will be made upon receipt of a written notice, less a $25 service fee for the TopCon and each individual tutorial. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after October 12, 2009.
